Requirements

5+ years of Java backend development experience in enterprise applications.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor), Prompt Engineering, LLM limitations; RAG knowledge is a plus.
Strong expertise in Java, Nodejs, RESTful APIs, SQL, MongoDB, Quarkus, Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud Services prefer Google Cloud Platform.
Ability to analyze business requirements and experienced with highly scalable and performance solutions.
Solid understanding of System Design, Software Architecture, Microservices, Pub/Sub, and Security Best Practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking with an architectural mindset.
Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about continuous learning and improvement.
Independent, reliable, collaborative team player with fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Work as a Product Engineer, owning solutions from concept to production.
Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to deliver customer-focused products.
Apply AI-first practices and tools to improve productivity and quality.
Drive feature development, automation, and continuous product improvement
Take ownership of design, development, deployment, and operational excellence.
