01 Senior Fullstack Engineer

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant full-stack engineering experience

• Strong full-stack experience with Java

• Strong front-end development experience with Angular

• Solid hands-on experience with Kafka, as you will be responsible for implementing event-driven communication within the system.

• Experience developing event-driven microservices, ideally with exposure to AI / GenAI

• Interest in DevOps practices and container technologies (e.g. Kubernetes)

• Experience using AI coding assistants (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) as part of your daily development workflow.

• Experience with Azure development, automated CI/CD deployments, and cloud observability tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Application Insights) for real-time application monitoring and log analysis.

• A solid sense of security, performance, and cost-effectiveness trade-offs across both front-end and back-end

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)

• Ability to work independently with a high level of personal responsibility

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize cloud-native solutions based on container technologies and modern architectural paradigms, and carry out front-end development with Angular.

• Design intuitive and high-performance user interfaces and integrate them seamlessly with event-driven microservices.

• Implement and maintain event-driven communication between services using Kafka.

• Confidently apply suitable solution patterns while ensuring security, performance, and cost-effectiveness, both in the front end and back end.

• Collaborate daily with the foreign Product Owner/Technical leader within a cross-functional Scrum team (05 to 09 members).

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members when needed.

• Join onsite business trips if required.
