Requirements
5+ years experience as Product Owner / Business Analyst in international companies.
Proven experience working with European or international stakeholders.
Strong experience in distributed / cross-border teams.
Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory).
Strong requirements engineering skills.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ability to structure complex topics and document clearly.
Strong stakeholder communication and expectation management.
Nice to have
Experience in regulated industries (Healthcare, Insurance, Finance).
Experience in healthcare billing, digital health, or compliance-heavy systems.
CSPO or similar certification.
Experience living or working abroad.
Responsibilities
Act as the operational Product Owner for development teams in Vietnam.
Translate business requirements from Swiss stakeholders into structured, testable user stories.
Ensure backlog quality: well-defined acceptance criteria, clear business rules, edge cases covered.
Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release preparation.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and cross-team impacts.
Maintain transparency on progress, blockers, and scope changes.
Support release documentation and stakeholder communication.
Ensure high standards in documentation (Jira / Confluence).
International Collaboration
Work closely with Swiss-based Product Owners and Business Owners
Manage cross-timezone communication professionally
Understand cultural differences and ensure smooth collaboration
Act as a communication bridge between Switzerland and Vietnam.
