Requirements

5+ years of experience as Product Owner
Excellent written and spoken English, with experience working directly with European or international stakeholders.
Strong business analysis and requirements engineering skills.
Strong experience in project planning, prioritization, risk/dependency management, and release planning.
Good technical understanding, able to understand technical solutions and translate them into clear user stories/tasks.
Experience managing multiple projects or business initiatives in parallel.
Good understanding of Agile delivery and ability to work flexibly with Scrum, Kanban, or other suitable approaches.
Strong stakeholder communication, expectation management, and decision-making skills.
Good understanding of AI-enabled products and practical use of AI in PO activities.

Nice to have

Experience in regulated industries (Finance, Insurance)
Product Owner / Project Management certification or similar.
Technical or software development background.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Swiss stakeholders to understand business needs, priorities, and release expectations.
Manage planning and delivery across multiple projects, including scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and releases.
Translate business and technical requirements into clear epics, features, user stories, tasks, and prioritized backlogs.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and Technical Leads to ensure business requirements are understood and delivery remains aligned.
Manage requirement changes, stakeholder expectations, and cross-project dependencies.
Maintain transparency on progress, blockers, risks, and release readiness.
Adapt the delivery approach based on project needs and continuously improve delivery effectiveness.
Support AI-enabled initiatives from the business/product perspective while collaborating with technical teams on implementation.
