Requirements
Business fluent in English, both spoken and written
At least 05 years of working experience, preferably in roles such as Product Owner, Business Analyst or Project Leader.
Master in Scrum, certification as a Product Owner (CSPO or CSP-PO) is a strong plus.
Strong personality and self-confident.
Experience in the Banking domain is required.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders located in Switzerland on product vision, project planning and release planning.
Translate product vision into a prioritized Product Backlog, manage and maintain it.
Communicate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements. Write user stories, business requirements, features.
Work closely with the Scrum team during planning, review, retrospective, and backlog refinement meetings.
