Requirements

5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on back-end systems
Strong hands-on experience with Java Core, OOP principles, and Spring Boot
Experience with Quarkus or other reactive/lightweight frameworks is a strong plus
Solid understanding of event-driven architectures; practical experience with Kafka (producer, consumer, stream processing) is essential
Experience with Elasticsearch for search and analytics use cases
Experience developing and operating microservice architectures in production
Basic front-end development skills in TypeScript (ReactJS or VueJS is an advantage)
Interest in or exposure to AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) as part of daily development workflow
A solid sense of security, performance, and cost-effectiveness trade-offs across the full stack
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
Ability to work independently with a high level of personal responsibility

Responsibilities

Working in a cross-functional Scrum team (05-09 members).
Daily coordination with the foreign Product Owner.
Self-assigning tasks and taking self-responsibility for delivery.
Joining onsite business trips, if required.
