Requirements

Must Have

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python

• Strong experience with container technologies such as Podman and Kubernetes

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and / or Azure)

• Experience with CI/CD automation tooling (GitHub Actions, Argo CD)

• Hands-on experience with Kafka or comparable messaging / event-streaming systems

• Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• A genuine interest in continuous learning, skill development, and knowledge sharing

• Experience operating PaaS environments (e.g. OpenShift)

• Experience using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) in your daily workflow

• Observability / monitoring and automated testing experience

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)

• Ability to work independently with a high level of personal responsibility

Responsibilities

• Develop and operate Platform as a Service (PaaS) environment and cloud-based applications in microservice architecture

• Develop and integrate APIs and utilise messaging systems such as Kafka

• Contribute to executing and implementing CI/CD processes, with a focus on Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and supporting the team in deploying applications

• Implement and automate logging and testing processes

• Collaborate daily with the foreign Product Owner within a cross-functional Scrum team (05 to 09 members)

• Join onsite business trips if required
