Requirements

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer with 5+ years of experience who can combine strong design expertise with practical front-end execution. You will design intuitive user journeys, improve existing web experiences and new pages, leverage AI design tools (e.g., Claude, Lovable) to accelerate quality and delivery.

Required Qualifications

5+ years in UX/UI design for web products.
Strong UX thinking, visual design fundamentals, and attention to detail.
Experience with Figma and design system workflows; familiarity with Storybook.
Ability to turn business needs into clear, user-friendly flows and screens.
Comfortable using AI tools to support research, ideation, and design production.
Solid communication skills with the confidence to present, defend, and improve design decisions.
Basic-to-intermediate front-end development capability to implement part of the UI.
Experience designing desktop/laptop responsive experiences for cross-platform environments (macOS and Windows).
Experience designing custom icons.
Good at English skills both verbal and non-verbal

Nice to Have

Experience redesigning existing web platforms and improving usability at scale.
Experience running design/usability workshops and collaborating in agile teams.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end UX/UI flows for web features, from discovery to final handoff.
Create clear screen flows and interaction patterns that help users understand the product journey.
Produce high-quality wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications.
Apply and evolve design best practices, accessibility, consistency, and usability standards.
Contribute 20–30% hands-on front-end implementation (HTML/CSS/JS or Reactjs).
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams; challenge assumptions and propose better alternatives.
Use and maintain design systems/components in Storybook and Figma.s
