Requirements

3+ years of experience in software development with Python, with a strong focus on AI / GenAI
Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, including transformer-based models (e.g. GPT) and their application in real-world scenarios
Hands-on experience with AI / LLM frameworks such as LangChain
Solid software engineering fundamentals (clean code, version control, testing) and experience building production-grade services
Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) as part of your daily development workflow
Experience with cloud technologies (AWS or Azure) and container technologies (e.g. Docker)
Experience across the analytical / data science lifecycle (data preparation, experimentation, evaluation, deployment)
Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, and prompt / workflow engineering
Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) into product features
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
Ability to work independently with a high level of personal responsibility

Responsibilities

Work as a member of an international product team to develop, maintain, and optimize cloud-native solutions based on container technologies and modern architectural paradigms
Identify, plan, and implement GenAI and Data Science use cases along with the analytical lifecycle and modern software development
Collaborate daily with the foreign Product Owner to clarify requirements and align priorities within a cross-functional Scrum team (05 to 09 members)
Drive independent and cross-border organization, coordination, and project work
Promote internal knowledge building through sparring, coaching, and regular exchange
Actively explore and integrate AI tooling into your day-to-day workflow to accelerate delivery and improve code quality
Join onsite business trips if required
