Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in software development.
Solid knowledge of back-end Java technologies (Java Core, OOP, Spring Boot) and unit testing.
Strong SQL skills for optimizing complex queries and a solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
Basic knowledge of AWS Cloud services.
Familiarity with ReactJS and Python is a plus.
Ability to work independently with a high level of personal responsibility.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
Familiar with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban) is an advantage

Responsibilities

Work in a cross-functional Scrum team (05–09 members) to deliver high-quality software.
Collaborate daily with the foreign Product Owner from Singapore to clarify requirements and align on priorities.
Participate in planning, estimation, design discussions, development, and continuous delivery of software.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.
Contribute to system design and technical decision-making to ensure scalability and performance.
Self-assign tasks and take full responsibility for delivery quality and deadlines.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members when needed.
Join onsite business trips if required.
