Requirements

Have at least 5 years of working experience in a similar position
Experience with prompt engineering for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4) and has work on OpenAI API/SDK
Familiar with ML frameworks such as PyTorch/TensorFlow/Transformers as plus
Experience with LLMs and techniques for fine-tuning
Strong programming skills in Python especially Pydantic, including ML and data processing libraries
Experience with vector databases (elasticSearch and other pgvector, Milvus, FAISS,...), embeddings and RAG evaluation frameworks (e.g., Ragas, DeepEval)
Solid SQL and data modeling fundamentals
Self-motivated problem solver with strong communication and stakeholder engagement
Scrum knowledge / Experience working in agile teams
Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

Working in a cross-functional Scrum team (05-09 members)
Design, implement, and maintain RAG pipelines (chunking, indexing, retrieval, re-ranking, caching).
Designing and optimizing prompts to guide AI models, particularly LLMs, towards generating the desired responses.
Run fine-tuning experiments; curate/clean training data and feedback loops.
Establish evaluation pipelines (offline/online), dashboards, and regression suites.
Containerize services and run GPU benchmarks/tests;
Collaborate with Platform/DevOps to productionize models safely and monitor key metrics.
