Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in React, NodeJS, and Java.
Solid understanding and hands-on application of OOP principles and Design Patterns.
Proven experience building Scalable web applications and High-performance APIs.
Proven experience working with Microservices architecture, Cloud infrastructure, especially Microsoft Azure.
Practical experience in an Agile DevOps environment, with deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines and Trunk-based development.
Strong testing mindset with experience in Unit, Integration, and End-to-End testing to ensure system quality and reliability.
Familiarity with Backstage is an advantage.
Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements, design technical architecture, implement features, perform testing, and operate software as part of an Agile team.
Work in a cross-functional Scrum team
Daily coordination with the foreign Product Owner
Participate in planning, estimation, development, and continuous delivery processes.
Self-assigning tasks and being self-responsible for the delivery
Proactively contribute ideas, propose solutions, and support problem‑solving initiatives.
Join onsite business trips, if required
