Requirements

Have 1-2 years of working experience in a similar position
Basic understanding of:
- Computer hardware (desktops, laptops, peripherals)
- Operating systems (Windows, Linux/macOS)
- Networking fundamentals (IP addressing, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP)
- Software installation and troubleshooting
- Cloud services is a plus (Azure, Exchange Online, MS365)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
Good organizational and documentation skills

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and networking issues
Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop PCs, laptops, printers, and other office equipment
Support user account creation and permission changes (Active Directory, email, etc.)
Help maintain inventory of IT assets, software licenses, and documentation
Monitor and escalate network or system alerts to senior ICT staff as needed
Install and update approved software and security patches
