Requirements

At least 6 years experience working in similar position
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth strategy or digital commerce analytics, with a track record of driving measurable outcomes
Technical expertise: Proficiency in analytics platforms (GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar) and a knack for data storytelling. Python, R, and other statistical tools are a plus.
Business acumen: Ability to interpret marketing and commerce data through a commercial lens, focusing on CAC, CLV, ROI, and incrementality.
Strategic partnership: Proven ability to challenge peers constructively and act as a thought partner to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and visualization skills to bridge technical and business audiences.
Hands-on mindset: Comfortable helping your colleagues hands-on with the execution of initiatives as well as diving into data while keeping the big-picture growth strategy in focus.
Good at English skills (speaking and listening).

Responsibilities

Drive performance transparency: Build and maintain global dashboards for key metrics (CAC, CLV, retention, ROI, POI, payout ratio, churn) to provide real-time visibility into growth performance.
Uncover growth opportunities in consumer and professional online commerce: Analyze performance across channels, cohorts, and customer journeys to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization levers.
Co-create strategies: Partner with the Growth and Lifecycle Managers to design experiments, test hypotheses, and refine the acquisition-retention-advocacy flywheel.
Deliver data-informed recommendations: Influence strategic decisions at global and regional levels by translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Build predictive frameworks: Develop models to forecast revenue, retention, and referral impact, enabling proactive resource allocation and risk mitigation.
Elevate data literacy: Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives to empower teams with evidence-based decision-making and foster a culture of experimentation.
