Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development.
Frontend: Deep proficiency in Next.js (App Router experience preferred), React, and Tailwind CSS/Styled Components.
Backend: Strong experience with Node.js and building/consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
CMS Experience: Experience with Headless CMS workflows (specifically Builder.io is a massive plus).
Architectural Mindset: Ability to handle deployment pipelines (Vercel/AWS), database management, and third-party integrations (LMS, payment gateways, or auth providers).
Product Thinking: You understand that "done" is better than "perfect," but "stable and scalable" is non-negotiable.
Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Ownership: Take full responsibility for the codebase, from front end to backend architecture and API integrations.
Strategic Roadmapping: Work directly with the Educational Manager to prioritize the backlog and translate educational requirements into elegant technical solutions.
CMS Management: Optimize and manage our headless CMS (Builder.io), ensuring the marketing and content teams can work efficiently without breaking the site.
Performance & Scaling: Audit the current Next.js (frontend)/Node.js (backend) environment to fix lingering bugs, improve SEO, and ensure high-speed performance for our learners.
Creative Problem Solving: Don't just build what is asked—suggest better ways to achieve our educational goals through technology
