Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in software testing, including both automation testing and manual testing.
Automation Testing
- Strong proficiency in automation tools/frameworks such as: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress,...
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools & Knowledge of version control using Git.
API Testing
- Practical experience with API testing tools: Postman, Swagger, RestAssured...
- Strong proficiency in handling complex JSON, XML structures and Large data payloads.
Manual Testing
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and SDLC.
- Ability to design test cases, test scenarios, and test data for various test phases.
- Practical experience in functional, regression, integration, system testing.
AI & GenAI Testing: Utilizing AI-powered testing tools and prompt engineering to generate test scenarios.
Fluent English-communication skills (speaking, listening, writing).
Familiarity with TOSCA is an advantage.
Good analysis & problem solving skills, eager to learn, proactive in communication.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents to define test scope and strategy.
Design, develop & maintain robust automation test scripts for Web UI, API, and backend systems.
Complex Data Validation: Perform deep-level comparison and verification of large, deeply nested JSON payloads/responses.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipeline and ensure stable test execution.
Regression Management: Oversee the stability of the regression suite, perform root cause analysis, and optimize execution time.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to clarify issues, proactively propose solutions and improve quality at every stage of development.
Working in a cross-functional Scrum team (05-09 members). Daily coordination with the foreign Product Owner.
Self-assigning tasks and being self-responsible for the delivery. Be proactive in contributing solution, problem solving.
Joining onsite business trips, if required.
