01 Mobile Automation Tester

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in test automation.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining mobile test automation frameworks from scratch using Maestro

• Hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude) to create, maintain, and optimize automated test scripts, improving test development efficiency and maintainability.

• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, particularly with Azure DevOps

• Solid understanding of software development processes, testing methodologies, and quality assurance best practices.

• Experience in requirements analysis, test planning, and test case design.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify improvements and optimize testing processes.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to define, implement, and drive testing strategies across projects.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts, and integrate them into test suites.

• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports.

• Prepare, manage, and maintain test data, ensuring it remains accurate and up to date.

• Analyze and clarify business and technical requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

• Execute test cases, monitor test results, and identify, document, and report defects encountered during testing.

• Collaborate closely with developers to investigate, reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve defects.

• Continuously improve test automation frameworks, testing processes, and quality assurance practices.

• Contribute to test strategy discussions and support the delivery of high-quality software releases.
