Requirements
At least 3 years of experience working in a similar position.
Strong background in developing software using closed and open source GenAI (OpenAI, Llama, etc.), from conducting experiments using frameworks such as ML Flow, to deploying to Production, to monitoring functional KPIs and continuously improving the system
Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with machine learning libraries/frameworks (e.g., Transformers, Langchain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit - learn). Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis
Experience with prototype tools like Gradio, Streamlit or Jupyter
Full-stack software engineering to implement prototypes a plus, e.g. using React/Angular and NodeJS/Python/C#
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and experience with deploying machine learning models in production
Fluency in English
Responsibilities
Design and develop software prototypes using programming languages, frameworks, and tools
Develop and implement machine learning models, algorithms, and techniques to solve specific business problems. This includes data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization
Collaborate with software engineers to deploy machine learning models into test and production environments
Monitor the performance and behavior of deployed models, identify and address issues, and improve overall system performance
