Description

We are looking for an ICT Fresher to work with ICT Team in a professional international and ISO 27001 Certified company and focus on quality, customer service, and good English communication skills. You will work directly with foreign customers and internal teams together. If you have a passion for ICT, technology, and software development, like challenges, and would like to work in a fast-paced creative, and friendly international environment, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Setting up AND operating:

• Server and Cloud Infrastructure Azure, AWS

• Information and functional systems such as PC, LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, Internet Service, Firewall

• Supporting development teams and PC end-users

• Ensuring security by enforcing policies, procedures & processes of technical functions.

Requirements

• Have background in information system or related fields

• Good knowledge of Linux and Windows server operation

• Knowledge of system server, networking service management

• Knowledgeable of managing LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and IoT devices

• Knowledge with Microsoft Server: AD, DHCP, DNS, Exchange

• Knowledge in managing Web Server using IIS, Nginx, Apache

• Knowledge in virtualization such as AWS, Azure is a plus

• Knowledge in managing backup systems on Windows / Linux, diverse antivirus-systems

• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the client (Windows, Mac, Linux as Ubuntu)
