Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in similar position
Good understanding of design principles, layout, typography, color theory, visual
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
Strong skills in video editing and for both short-form and long-form videos
Familiar with tools such as Canva, CapCut, and modern AI creative tools
Good photography and filming skills
Knowledge of motion graphics or animation is a plus
Understanding of printing production is a plus
Good English communication skills
Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and ownership
Well-organized, and able to meet deadlines consistently

Responsibilities

Design creative assets for digital and offline channels, including social media, branding, printing
Produce engaging video content, including short-form videos and longer-form videos
Utilize AI tools to improve creative workflows, brainstorming, image generation, content adaptation, and production efficiency
Collaborate closely with marketing, and other teams to develop creative campaigns and communication materials
Execute high-quality photography for events, and internal communications
Stay updated with design trends, AI creative tools
Maintain and organize design, photo, and video assets in internal libraries
Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively manage timelines and deliverables
