01 Automation Tester

Requirements

• At least 04 years of experience in software development, testing techniques, and methodologies

• Familiarity with modern testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, K6, JMeter, Appium, Maestro, Playwright, Jenkins)

• Hands-on experience in testing backend, frontend, and mobile applications

• Experience with performance/load testing and related tools

• Ability to design, build, and maintain automation frameworks from scratch

• Experience implementing automation and integrating with CI/CD pipelines

• Strong analytical skills to propose solutions and optimize testing processes

• Experience in requirement analysis and test case design

• Familiarity with applying AI tools/techniques in testing

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments

• Strategic mindset to define and drive testing strategies

• Strong research skills, critical thinking, and sound judgment

• Good English skills.

Responsibilities

• Working in a cross-functional Scrum team (05-09 members).

• Daily coordination with the foreign Product Owner.

• Self-assigning tasks and being self-responsible for the delivery.

• Joining onsite business trips, if required.
